There are two rooms on the attic floor, each with four comfortable beds . Guests have at their disposal a spacious party room with an equipped kitchen, a sauna and a shower room , as well as a spacious terrace , which overlooks the picturesque Zvirgzda Lake. A swimming area with a boardwalk and a boat dock is located near the house.

You can park your car right next to the guest house. There is also a fireplace and a grill nearby for a delicious meal outdoors. An external staircase leads to the attic floor, and natural light flows into the rooms through the skylights, making the rooms bright and cozy. The rooms on the east side have a loggia , where you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The shower and toilet are located outside the rooms, in the attic floor.

The sauna room retains heat perfectly, so you can warm up here or, by prior arrangement, enjoy a professional sauna ritual .
